After many trips to France, and enjoying the way of life here, my wife and I decided to move our young family to the Charente region of South West France

We have all integrated well into the French way of life, but we have found that
when it came to 'service industries', the overall choice has been very limited, with maintenance companies either not turning up, not returning telephone calls when expected, or prices of such maintenance works being unacceptably high
