| · | Meet and greet your guests to show them around your home, carrying out a full inventory on your behalf, upon their arrival and departure |
| · | Provide a clean linen service for 'change over' days |
| · | Be a '24 hour contact point' for you or your guests in an emergency (should this be required), please contact us for further details of this service |
| · | Carry out refurbishment works - painting and decorating, small necessary maintenance works - with photographs sent via email upon completion |
| · | Repair damage that may have been caused during a stay at your property |
| · | Search on your behalf for provision of local artisans for any major works that may be required to your property - should you be in the process of carrying out renovation works |
| · | Check works that have may have been carried out, to the high standards expected, and send photographs, if required, via email for your records |
