| · | Provide essential supplies for your first couple of days - an email to charenteshomeservices@hotmail.com or telephone call with requirements at least 24hours before your arrival is all that is needed |
| · | Maintain your garden in readiness for your arrival |
| · | Maintain and prepare exterior furniture for your enjoyment during your stay |
| · | Carry out minor refurbishment works - painting and decorating, small necessary maintenance works - with photographs, if required, sent via email upon completion |
| · | Search on your behalf for provision of local artisans for any major works that may be required - should you be carrying out renovation works |
| · | Check any works that may have been carried out, to the high standard expected, and send photographs, if required, via email for your records |
